Smoking Policy

Our property is non-smoking rooms only. If smoking is suspected in your unit you will be charged an incidentals fee of up to $500, depending on the unit size. To find areas where smoking is accepted please ask our staff members.

Pets

We are a pet-free location. Service animals and ESAs are welcome, just please let us know you plan to bring them beforehand. If brought without notice, you may be asked to provide paperwork, or be charged a pet incidentals fee.

Parking

We offer pre-paid self parking, through the hotel, with unlimited in and out, across the street at the Citipark Garage. The price is $22 per car, per day plus tax. You may also self park with the garage directly. Rates are subject to in and out charges based on time spent in the lot.
